About The Vault
Our Philosophy
At The Vault, we believe that everyone is unique and should have a personalized counseling approach. Our counseling services are designed to help our clients build skills and achieve their goals. Addressing our challenges can get uncomfortable and having someone you can trust to navigate through those difficulties is key to your success.
Our Services
The Vault offers individual counseling, for adults and adolescents, as well as couples counseling. Services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each of our clients. A complimentary 15 minute call is offered to assess goodness of fit and answer questions.
Our Approach
The Vault embraces a holistic approach to counseling encompassing the mind, body, and spirit. We focus on a client centered approach that incorporates both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together a relationship and safe space are built to address the challenges you have been facing.
